A recent lawsuit alleges that Joe Eckardt, owner of post production vendor Unbreakable Post, was blackballed after refusing to participate in a kickback scheme with Amazon employee Frank Salinas.
The alleged deal between Salinas and Eckardt dates back to July 2023, when the two men had lunch.
