Mass Ukrainian Drone Attack on Moscow Kills Two, Russia Says The Russian capital of Moscow was hit by a massive wave of drone strikes last Sunday, with over 1,600 intercepted and shot down by the city's air defenses.
The attack resulted in two fatalities and forced the evacuation of more than 400 residents from a high rise building after a drone crash triggered a fire.
According to Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the strike was "clearly planned" to disrupt Russia's parliamentary elections, which were held on Sunday.
