Rural Medical Insurance Still Got Some Problems

I think the increase of average financial subsidy per person is a good start , but I'm still worried about how people will know when to sign up for medical insurance in their hometowns . And some rural residents might not have enough income to pay the higher annual participation fee standard . We need more education and outreach programs to help them understand the benefits of medical insurance .

And another thing, why did they adjust the financial subsidy only after 2025? Shouldn't it be implemented earlier to make sure everyone has access to quality healthcare?

这次的政策变化我觉得是有必要的， Rural 医保参保的问题确实存在，很多人不知道如何注册，finance 机制也不完善，还没有动力继续参加。 但最近的调整已经让人乐观了，比如增加了财政补助，每人的平均补助都达到了670元，这对农村居民来说是很大的帮助。 另外，医院收费比例的提高和急诊部位的最高支付限额也会让他们有更多的动力继续参加医保。 这次的政策变化虽然难度不小，但我觉得中共中央国务院做的比较妥善，也有利于巩固拓展农村居民医保参保成果。
