香港故事丨从内地到香港，他们一路追逐“飞行梦”-新华网

近年来，越来越多的内地青年选择前往香港追逐“飞行梦”，他们从不同的行业背景出发，追求飞行事业的理想。如廉荦和孙钰明这样的内地青年，通过国泰航空的面向内地的见习飞行员计划，在香港获得了飞行执照。他们不仅追随了自己的梦想，也为香港国际航空枢纽建设贡献了新的活力。

廉荦和孙钰明分别来自新闻专业和机械工程专业，通过多年的努力、学习和实践，他们逐步成长为飞行员。他们承认自己需要“知道自己要什么”的精神，并将自己的热忱转化为动力，在追逐飞行梦的道路上，每一步都走得踏实而清晰。

他们选择香港作为起点，是因为这座城市与航空业有着相同的特质，“24小时运转不息，总能找到需要的资源”。对于廉荦来说，她感觉到这里既有地道的西餐厅，又有适合“中国胃”的川菜馆，这让她倍感舒心。孙钰明则表示，他喜欢在快节奏工作与慢节奏生活自如切换的环境中生活。

目前，国泰航空正积极推进与内地民航院校的合作，建立国际化民航人才培养体系，并提供奖学金及助学金来鼓励和支持更多内地优秀青年为民航强国贡献智慧和力量。国泰航空的飞行训练经理冯应聪认为，这批新生力量不但实现了个人价值，也为香港国际航空枢纽建设注入了新的活力。

“‘植根香港、背靠祖国、联通世界’，我们将善用这份独特优势，让更多梦想在这里启航，飞得更高、更远。”冯应聪说。

recently, more and more domestic young people are choosing to go to Hong Kong to pursue their "dream of flying"... they're from different industries like news and mechanical engineering, but all have one thing in common - they're passionate about aviation!

these young people went through a lot of hard work and practice to become pilots.廉荦 and 孙钰明 are two good examples. they both knew what they wanted and worked hard for it. they chose Hong Kong as their starting point because it's like the "meat market" of aviation - 24/7, always on, and there's always something to do!

廉荦 loves the western restaurants in Hong Kong, but also appreciates the delicious Sichuan cuisine. 孙钰明 likes the fast-paced work environment and then switches to a more relaxed pace when needed... it's like he has two personalities!

the airline is now working with domestic aviation schools to create an international talent cultivation system, and offering scholarships to encourage more talented young people to join the industry.冯应聪 thinks this new generation of pilots not only finds personal fulfillment but also brings new energy to the development of Hong Kong's international air hub!

飞行梦是真的好极了！我觉得香港作为起点是非常合适的，虽然国内的飞行 industry 也很丰富，但香港的航空 industry 特色和国际化程度还是比较高的，所以内地青年选择去那里学飞行执照，感觉就是不错的选择 。而且，国泰航空的见习飞行员计划，这也真的好极了，可以让更多的年轻人接触到飞行 industry，培养他们的梦想和理想 。我相信这些内地青年，将会为香港国际航空枢纽建设贡献很多新鲜的血液和精力 。另外，我觉得国泰航空的奖学金及助学金支持计划，也是一个好 ideas，可以鼓励更多内地青年来参加民航 industry 的培养和发展 。
