really think that all this money added up will bring about better education result? the numbers are increasing, but how much of it is actually being used for schools and students rather than just filling the pockets of some officials?
and what's with the 6.66% increase in a single year? that's really too fast to be believable... maybe they're counting on last year's results still? or is it just another way to say the government is throwing more money at the problem without solving anything fundamental?
